If you even thinking about the RV Life, you need this book.The author offers a very straight forward approach to either weekend or long term life in the varying models of RVs.I am planning on buying a Class C motor home in the next two years or less. I am learning all I can before buying. This book poked me to ask more questions and to think outside the proverbial box.This is a great first step into having the life you've dreamed about.

Just what I was looking for! There is so much to know before you tow.I bought used so I did not have that "all knowing sales guy".The user Manuel just does not keep my attention. I need a story and Gary gave me just that to learn by. I would have went 5 stars, but I'm still that detail person and did not find enough between the lines.And lists, check lists, and more lists. Just needed more of these. Gary's book is the perfect start to spending time in my RV learning more about the life I wish I was living. Until then, I have to be satisfied with all the off the griders on you tube.

Whether looking to downsize or add RV'ing to your vacation rotation, The Simple Life, Guide to RV Livimg, by Gary Collins is a great starting point. Written in clear simple language with lots of humor thrown in. The real life perspective makes it even more helpful. Can't wait to go from a weekend RV warrior to a full time traveller. Highly recommend this guide!

This book on RV's/campers was full of must-know information and practical suggestions, especially for beginning full-time campers.

I was introduced to Gary through the Survival Podcast. He has earned my trust. He truly believes in his mission, as do I.

I love the premise of Gary's books. However, in purchasing all of his books there is a lot of overlap. I feel as if I'm reading a lot of the same thing over and over again. Hoping for more I buy another one of his books only to have 1/2 of the content carried over from previous books he wrote. Wish the content was 100% fresh and new. That is why us readers buy NEW books and content from an author.

Very good reference for the novice. Covers a wide range of topics that I found useful. One of 4 that I've read.

So far so good, haven't finished it yet.
